Psychotherapy & Sound Therapy

Psychotherapy Session

Psychotherapy sessions focus on what a person is currently experiencing and what they would like support with. People often come to therapy to talk about anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, past trauma, addictions, grief, work related stress, and life transitions. Sessions help clients gain insight into patterns, feel supported in the process, and develop new ways of relating to thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life challenges over time.

Sound Therapy Session

Sound therapy sessions incorporate breathwork, a guided body scan, and a live sound bath experience to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and emotional processing. These sessions do not include talk therapy and are focused on embodied, ssound bath experiences that support the body in settling, releasing tension, and restoring balance.

Psychotherapy with Sound

These sessions integrate talk therapy with sound at the beginning and end of the session to support grounding and integration. Sound is used to help regulate the nervous system, deepen emotional processing, and support the integration of therapeutic work.

Group Sound Healing Events

Homebody Wellness also hosts regular group sound healing events that include breathwork, a guided body scan, vocal toning, and a live sound bath experience, thoughtfully amplified to enhance the experience.
