Yoga + Movement

A space held to rejuveinate, to move your body after (or before) a long day. A space for the community of Gananoque to gather and melt away daily stresses.

We offer a mix of Vinyasa, Beginners, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Core Yoga, and Yin Yoga.


Come join us Tuesday mornings for breath and movement to find relaxation and calm with a side of hands on love. Taught by Carolyn Harding.

This flow yoga class brings together balance, strength, somatic movement and deep relaxing stretches combined with breath work. Suitable for all levels and offers plenty of modifications. Taught be Su Halle.

This class weaves breath work, vinyasa movement, and meditation into a practice that helps you strengthen your body, deepen your awareness, and rejuvenate your mind. Taught by Ryan Chartrand.


An instructed self-care pilates class that focuses on relieving chronic pain and bringing fluidity to muscles and joints. Melt helps to improve full body movement, alignment and stability while releasing stress and tension. All props are provided and is great for all levels. Taught by Glo Laux.
